Fall Fair, 17th September 2005

This was the first of our planned Annual Fall Fair. The local Trefoil Guild, Guides, Brownies and the local Play School set up stalls, raffles and outdoor games. The weather was terrific and lots of fun was had with the Tin Can Alley, the Duck Fishing, but particularly the Abseil tower. Many of the Guides were sponsored and were very keen to try, and in some cases, have several goes.

The tower was open to anyone and several of our leaders were bribed to try it!

A big thank-you to Des, our local Scout leader, and his scouts who did a sterling job erecting and safely running the abseil tower.
