Pancakes with Flippin' Lizzie

We all love pancakes, and this evening was the nearest meeting to Shrove Tuesday. Mrs Roberts from the Old Forge Restaurant kindly came to help the girls make delicious pancakes from scratch (no packet mixes allowed). We made geat pancakes, some traditional with lemon, some less traditional with chocolate.

A big thank-you to Mrs Roberts for bringing all the equipment and expertise (and patience).
