Donation for Storrington Village Day

In June, the local Lions and Rotary Club organised the Storrington Village Day. This was a huge success, and money was raised for all sorts of good causes, including local youth groups such as the Guides.

On 11th October some of the girls and leaders attended a presentation at Sullington Village Hall where the clubs handed over a very generous cheque to support much-needed work at the Guide Hall to comply with modern fire regulatations. The local Rangers, Guides and Brownies are all extremely gratefully to the Village Day Committee for their support.
