Ravenscroft Guide & Community Centre
The Ravenscroft Guide and Community Centre is available for hire for Guiding, Play Groups and certain community activities.
The features of the centre include:
- A large rectangular hall with an adjacent fitted kitchen. The hall can accommodate up to 80 people sitting or 120 people standing.
- A smaller 'committee room' which can accommodate up to 12 seated people.
- Ladies, Gentlemen's and Disabled toilet and Shower facilies, suitable for use by children
- For pack holidays, a small area upstairs is also available for sleeping. Note however, that for Brownie pack holidays, the number of Brownies must not exceed 18.
- Outside there is an area of tarmac suitable for car parking or outdoor activities
- In addition, there is a grassed area which can also be used for outdoor activities (but not for car parking!)
- The hall is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has gated access to the adjacent road (Browns Lane).

Once availability is confirmed, provision bookings can be made by asking for a Booking Form to be sent, or by downloading the appropriate form (see below). Completed booking forms should be sent to Lesley Fielding at Downhurst, Chantry Lane, Storrington, RH20 4BU, or emailed to the Webmaster. Note that if you send the booking form by email, you must also confirm that you have read the terms and conditions (see below) in your message. Bookings will only be confirmed when a valid booking form and a deposit has been received.
